Dear Friends of Play Sports! School,

We are glad to have your support since the 'born' of Play Sports! School in 2007. We are really touched to know that we still have your support despite the Defamation and Harassment during last month.

We are glad that this case is over now. Tomorrow, 4th November 2009, The culprit will be advertising a Public Apology to Play Sports! School and our director, Mr Joseph Tan in The Straits Times under Classified: Notice section.

The publication is as below:

Public Apology

This is a public apology notice from me, C****** K**, NRIC: S*******E,
for making false allegations and defamations to Mr Joseph Tan and
his company, Play Sports! School. I deeply regretted my actions for
making untrue, malicious and defamatory remarks about you and your
company on 26th September 2009, on several websites, including
(www.playsportsschool.blogspot.com, www.phing.com, www.trevvy.com).
All the damaging remarks made against Mr Joseph Tan and his company
are untrue and false fabrications by me. I retract all the false allegations
and comments made against Mr Joseph Tan and the untrue remarks
made by me against Mr Joseph Tan have been removed from all websites
completely. Once again, my deep apologies for causing damages,
unnecessary troubles and grave disturbances to Mr Joseph Tan and
Play Sports! School with my actions. I shall assure that such incidents
will never happen again. Thank you.

For those who missed the Classified ads, Please refer to this and dated on 4th November 2009, under Classified: Notice, you can find it.

This will cleared our name and reputation from all the False Allegation.

We hope that by not suing this culprit and allow him to settle out of court will still let him learn a lesson and not commit again.
